The past semester was soooooo stressfull for me that it took two and a half weeks of my break before I could really feel relaxed. Then it was time to go back.
I think that if I had some type of stress relief technique last semester I would have been much better off.
Music has always been my means of escape. I used to sing with a band, and the few hours a week of practice was more than enough to get me through. I was a much happier person in those days. However, since I've moved to a new state, I had to leave the band and I hardly have time to do anything let alone find a new group of people to vibe with. I desperately miss the creativity that developes when a group of people get together and make music.
If I don't find something to do this semester, I don't know what will happen. Y'all might see me on the 10 o'clock news in my robe and P.J.'s with rollers in my hair lookin all crazy because I'm holding the school hostage for "100 million dollars". :eek
