i don't think you can expect any regular ol' vitamin/mineral supplement to give you an energy boost even comparable to what a stimulant like ephedrine can give, so i'd walk in with that expectation in mind.

beyond that, B vitamins are marketed as 'energy boosting' by many drinks such as amp and all sport, but i've never seen any corroborating research to say they provide that sort of boost more than they simply replace the amount you sweated out before. however, i'd like to add that the overall health benefits of (responsibly!) taking a multivitamin supplement could definitely produce additional energy over the course of a day - just don't OD on iron or etc.
