I'm not sure if they'll take reservations on Saturdays. A lot of restaurants aren't doing that any more on weekends. What we can do if they don't take reservations is make sure we have a count and one person is designated to go put in our name before 5:00 so by the time 5:00 comes around its not too long a wait. Also, from experience last time - a lot of people said they were coming then couldn't at the last minute and other brought friends with them so the numbers would have changed.
Just hopefully everyone will make sure to confirm that week that they are coming and whether meeting to go to the park or just coming for the dinner.
