My husband recently tried the Hollywood 48 Hour Miracle diet. It is a liquid diet that you can purchase at Walgreens or any local drugstore. He said that it didn't taste that bad. But he lost 12 lbs. He said that he recommends it to people to jumpstart their diet. You know, do that first, then go on whatever kind of diet. You will at least get to see immediate results and that will give you a little encouragement to keep going. I wish you luck on your diet.
