Hey Sigmas!
My name is Trina and I am the Recruitment Director for the Epsilon Rho Chapter. I need some help.
My school has a rule that does not let any freshman or transfer students join a sorority or fraternity until they have an established GPA at the school. So as you could imagine, we really have to focus on the Sophmores, Juniors, and Seniors in the Fall. I want and need to get my sorority pumped about Recruitment this fall and really get our numbers up. We lost many girls this last spring due to graduation and we have 21 members. Our goal is 35 by the end of Fall Semester.
I guess what I am really trying to get at is if anyone has some awesome ideas to get girls interested on my campus. Our Greek system has endured a lot this past spring with loosing all of our funding due to budget cuts
and a school newspaper that has not been very supportive of us. If anyone has some good ideas for the first couple of weeks of school to get our name really out there, let me know!! Thanks ladies. Have a fun and safe summer.
