Untrusting Jen also allegedly stipulates her beau agrees to never again see any children they may have together if he is to blame for the break-up of their union.
The clause states, "If any infidelity by Mr Affleck should be the cause of the divorce, Ms Lopez will receive full and final custody of all minor children. Mr Affleck shall be entitled to absolutely no visitation privileges."
I don't think that stipulation will hold up in court. Too many courts have ruled that ties to both parents are in the best interests of a child.
