Yes SFs, my prayers go out to this family, as well.

It is difficult to understand what would make a sistah shoot her husband.

I am currently going through a situation. My friend's cousin (we all grew up together) was JUST killed by his wife, as well. The police are not pressing charges because she had called the police several times for domestic violence as well.

They too have two small children (who were home at the time). She walked in the restroom (where he was handling his business and straight shot him...with a MAC 10). That was it. It is time for us all to pray for these people. I hust can't imagine.

Try and imagine being in an abusive relationship where you are afraid to leave. Perhaps the last time this man put his hands on her he may have uttered a simple "I'm gonna do x,y,z to you next time you do x,y,z." If "kill" is anywhere within that statement, I KNOW some women may feel "compelled" to do it first.

The majority of women who are incarcerated in the United States, right now, for homicideof abusive spouses. Many state that they felt their time had "come." Where he was truly getting to that point where he was going to "seriously" possibly fatally injure her OR the children.

It makes me want to cry

PEACE
