Required Study Hours?

We have study tables, too. However, we have it set up that you do not have to do them if you have above a set GPA (for us, Pi...3.14). If you have above Pi you are supposed to proctor an hour for the study tables. If you have below Pi then you assigned a certain number of hours to study. Like if you have a 3.1 you do an hour, etc.

I feel this system works out very well. I really don't mind studying in our dining room. People are respectful and keep that area quiet. I know for me sometimes I need a place to go where it's quiet, and now I don't have to walk 10 minutes away to sit in the library.
