Go on , with your bad self! Personally, I hate all of that dieting crap! Weight Watchers...Jenny Craig...give me a break please! The worse has got to be Slim fast! Eat a shake for breakfast, a shake for lunch and a sensible dinner. I'm like if people had the will power to eat a "sensible" dinner they wouldn't be on the program. Exercise is definitely the way to go girl! You're gonna knock em dead come the end of August!
