Do you do/answer to joined calls?

I was just wondering how you felt about joined calls. You know when someone goes "roo-oop" or "skee-yo" or things like that. Does anyone have a problem with this? I know some sorors get REALLY irritated when someone does this and others don't care.

This question isn't just for sorors, I want to see how everyone does it in their neck of the woods
