Even though I have never used neutrogena I haven't heard any great things about it from any sisters. I can tell you one product that looks good on any person of any shade and that is MAC. It is not expensive like everyone thinks it is. It is the same price as Fashion Fare. I tried to use Fashion Fare and it made me look red and it rubbed off onto my clothes. I am dark-skinned and red make up does me no justice. You are suppose to used a lighter shade of either lighter liquid foundation or a concealer stick to cover the rings under your eyes. I hope this helps. If I had a choice to choose my choice of make-up, I would choose MAC over again. Whitney Houston, TLC, Tony Braxton and Little Kim are only a few of the stars that wear this product. You can find it in large department stores at a cosmetic counter.
