"Beth Stathos, assistant director for the Center for Student Life, resigned Tuesday morning for both professional and personal reasons.
Stathos has been the greek adviser for Panhellenic Association for six years. She said although professional differences within the Center for Student Life did play a role in her decision, the primary reason for her departure was her own desire for a change. " -- The Oklahoma Daily

This was pretty surprising to everyone on campus, but it's definitely big news. There's not been any word yet on finding a replacement, but hopefully things will get started soon.
Beth sent out an e-mail announcing her resignation yesterday to all of the sorority presidents, panhellenic members and advisors. She specifically put at the end: "This is not an April Fool's joke."
