It's a go!
Well, today was the beginning of HSU's 3rd Annual Latino Week aka Celebracion Latina! We have 2 weeks of workshops, presentations, and events being offered to the campus and community and it's ALL free!
This weekend we will be having the Latino Purposeful Dinner and Dance which will include food/entrees (sp?) from various Latin American countries. Gamma will be making chicken and cheese enchiladas we will be making the sauce from SCRATCH!
