Seriously, not to sound like a shill for hairdressers, but soror, your experience reminds me why I only have professionals whom I trust put any chemicals in my head. Besides the fact that they do such processes on a regular basis, I know I can get them to fix it if it doesn't go the way I want to, whereas if I do it, I can only be mad at myself!
