heh, this is like the 4th post on this proposal. It's got a long way to go before becoming a law, but regardless it's definitely not written by someone with experience in the law. I don't think in it's wording right now they'll be able to get it passed. They'd be creating a new federal offense to withold financial from students. And how exactly does student funding for an education have to do with hazing?

I dunno, some rambling thoughts i guess, later.
