Most probably everyone involved has signed all sorts of waivers -- they won't sue for hazing, or even bring it up again, I'd imagine.
Additionally -- they're a local. So it's not like their nationals will bother them. The only trouble they could get in, then, is with the state or federal gov't -- and if I'm right and everyone signed waivers, they wouldn't have a case because they wouldn't have anyone to testify.
