Selene is a nice parade but we are skipping it. We have friends in Le Krewe d'Etat and I can't wait to see all their floats. Our friends are riding one that pays homage to the "Canal Street Business Women's Association." I am sure that AKA2D'91 knows the reference.

I'll be catching Krewe of Selene in Slidell this Friday night - boy's mom is in it. Other than that, I don't know. I'm so "been there, done that" with all the mass crowds and superkrewes. Its fun, but its gotten so big that I'll leave it to the tourists.
