Do a "Color Me Happy" fingerpainting social... Have the social shirts made up as plain white with "Color Me Happy" printed across the back in multi-colors that look like they've been painted on. Have your letters, the fraternity's letters, and the date of the social on the front pocket, and then have everyone paint each other's shirts as the main event.
**Be sure that you wear an old bra or t-shirt underneath though, because most fabric paint will bleed through the shirt and ruin whatever else you have on.**
