oh yeah - that's normal. i smoked for about 7 years and quit twice...the second time around has been for good. and i was a nasty natsy b*tch (more than normal) and it drove everyone nuts, but they all kept in mind that i was trying to better my health and stuck with me. chewing gum helped me out a lot.
