Aopinthesky, I got the impression that this only applies to girls who suicide one chapter that they have attended for PREF. The chapters would be advised to invite to pref only those girls they can imagine bidding. Theoretically a chapter could be stuck if a girl suddenly started acting crazy on pref night, but it's very different from just letting every PNM pick their first choice out of all the groups.
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong about this.
