I just finished reading a fabulous book,
Reaching Back by Nea Anna Simone. This book combines INTRAracial prejudice, passing, family secrets, spirituality, quest for love from self and others and so much more.
This was a book that needs to be read and needed to be written. I can tell that this book is autobiographical in so many ways. It was such a compelling story that made it hard for me to put down as I read it in one day.
