I was a Pi Kappa Phi Rose. I did not date any of the brothers, but had many great friends in the fraternity. I used to make them goody bags during exams and recruitment, and would take them those huge cookies from the Cookie Factory. I guess I made the bags so full, all the brothers got some of the goodies! They would also have fundraisers in my hometown, and I would take them donuts and coffee by since they had to stand outside in the cold all day. Maybe thats why I was chosen, I don't know. It's funny - I was not planning to attend the formal where they announce and sing to the Rose, and they were all like "you've got to come"...They paid for my tickets and my date, a Pi Kap from another chapter. It was so sweet!
