My wife is my fraternity sweetheart. It's not too difficult for us to establish sweethearts, but in my case, I didn't have to make much of a case as I had already proposed to her before requesting that she become my fraternity sweetheart.

It's been a while since any other of our members officially made their S.O. a sweetheart, though.
