Thank you Miseducated!!! I am looking to take the MCAT next year so any tips you could forward me would be greatly appreciated! I am going to a medical university next year initially to do an accelerated graduate nursing track to become a Nurse Practitioner, but I think I still want to become a doctor. I know it sounds crazy to go that far as a nurse, and then go to med school, but that's what I want to do. I also feel that if I stick with my original plan to graduate from MUSC as a N.P., then apply to MUSC's S.O.M., I would be among the 'preferred' applicants. I will definitely throroughly check this site out (probably when I am bored at work
), I just skimmed over it just now.
Did you watch the show "Med School" on the discovery channel? They followed students in all four years of med school through their first and last semesters. I really enjoyed that show!
