Puerto Penasco is just about 4 hours from Phoenix, AZ, 1 1/2 hours passed the border into Mexico. Its just a small town but it has a lot of bars, again small, but its cheap and everyone there is your age. I think its more popular for us in AZ but sometimes you meet people from elsewhere. Its right on the beach and its great weather during spring break.
