HC ANGER is heating my apartment this morning?

...I am mad that I had to go all night without heat...
...it was COLD!!!
...I just finished writing a nice LONG, NASTY letter to my landlord?
...she told me yesterday that "I" needed to make a key and bring it to them?
...NO MA'AM
...when I moved in, they told me that the previous tenant hadn't returned her key so they changed my locks?
...ya'll should have made one then...
...You charged her a fee for not turning in her key, that fee was for REPLACING THE LOCKS AND MAKING COPIES!!
...you will NOT say that I am responsible for incurring that expense (no matter how trivial it may be).
...it ain't my fault!!
...I also was mad because in my lease agreement, a portion of my rent goes towards exterminating.
...a couple of months ago, I inquired as to why I had never actually SEEN the exterminator?
...she said that they come get the keys from the office and go into the apartment during working hours every month...
HC in my letter I said "Now, I know this is untrue, being that The __________ Co, doesn't have a working key to my apartment, it would be somewhat hard for the exterminating company to gain entry into my apartment, during working hours or any other time. I expect that since you will be acquiring a working copy of the key to my apartment, that I should expect to actually SEE the exterminators in my apartment sometime this month!"

HC they are here fixing it now...but the guy said something smart about the fact that I am FULLY dressed with my flannel housecoat on top with my gloves on!

HC I told him "I am not a nice person this morning, I don't think that it is funny, so you need to quit chatting and fix my heat!"
