GRRR~! What do you get from this?!

Ok, so this guy I hooked up w/ last year who I have kinda hooked up w/ this year IMs me last night and I was happy because we actually had a pretty good conversation-which is rare because this guy is not socially gifted-esp. on IM. Anyways, he had been drinking (whats new) but didnt sound too drunk and we planned on getting together the next night, (tonight). I get home on turn on my IM and when I check my computer a few min. later he has IMed me with "hey tonight isnt a good night cause I was drunk last night and forgot all the reading I should be doing, so I'll talk to you later." He is really into school and does put that before everything else, but I dont know~I was kinda sketched out by his response. I know I should "move on" but I really like him and can't tell what he is thinking. ugh!
