i just started using limewire. it lets you know if your file is corrupt before it finishes DLing... however if it's 99% done and it gives you the msg that it's corrupt and you waited 45 minutes to complete cuz you use dial-up... then it sucks. but other than that, i like it.
and don't fret. Wait a few months after a CD is released. It is bound to be sold on half.com, ebay, or your local used record store for less than 8 bucks. it's what i do... if i buy CDs as apposed to burning them.
