Not following social policy

Here is the situation......

My boyfriend was just on the phone with some of his brothers still in school. They were discussing their upcoming annual all-campus party. His brother mentioned that a sorority on campus was co-sponsoring the event and putting up half the money. The amount of money was ridiculous....something like $1000. This is a problem for several reasons:

1. The sorority is NPC. This violates several national and campus risk management rules.

2. It's no secret that their 1000 dollars (or at least a big chunk of it) will be spent on beer.

3. Where does a chapter get 1000 dollars for a social event? Their social fund.....I'm not sure if ever NPC sorority is the same way, but we could not spend any social money on alcohol.

The reason this is so worrysome is that this chapter is on a *big* downward spiral. They have not made quota the past couple years and their rep of being "easy" is catching up to them. However, there are some very nice girls in this house who I would hate to see get into trouble. My sorority already folded on our campus....we do not need another one! It would probably mean the beginning of the end of all Greek life on my campus!

So my question is.....should I say something? If so, to whom? Or should I keep my lips sealed. Because our campus is so small, no one likes filing infractions on anyone else because it just seems way too uncomfortable. However, I'm an alum and don't really care if people get mad. Any suggestions?
