on line for abc and now a member of xyz?
Hello everyone, this is traci and I have another question. It has always been my understanding that once you have officially shown interest in a BGLO, you are pretty much marked for that one or nothing. Why is it that I was reading the D-9 and there was a person in it who was on line for abc and dropped, and then years later became an honorary member of xyz? Is this a common occurence?
