Just wanted to say I hope you feel better soon. Having strep throat is not fun but if you're taking your meds as prescribed you should already start feeling a little better by morning.
Also, just try drinking hot water with lemon and honey. Sometimes that can be soothing to the throat. If you can't handle just water and lemon try a soothing lemon or chamomille tea with honey.
