Computer certification programs?

For all you computer buffs: Is anyone certified for anything IT/computer-related?

I'm really good with hardware and things like that, and wanted to get A+ certified (I have noticed some entry-level jobs require it). How hard is the exam & what is the best way to prepare for it?

Any other certifications (like CISCO) that you would reccomend being helpful if one was certified?
