Give him a reality check!
That's fraud! Even you can't get the bank to give you the money, by law your "boyfriend" is responsible. And he had the nerve to call you! Oh my. I'd give him a big reality check by reporting him. He'll at least have to deal with the hassle of being criminally charged with fraud. Don't let him walk all over you like that and get away with it!!!
