what my chapter of phi sigma
is doing is getting to know the girl individually. make friends with them, and slowly bring them into phi sigma. my chapter is really small too, but it's awesome, everyone loves us. it's nice because when you meet new girls you will need up with a friend and maybe a sister! it's summer time and we have 6 girls that want to go phi sigma! it's not that we are rushing them, by no means are we, but they are realizing that is we are friends with these girls and hang out all the time, maybe being a phi sigma would be fun. YOu are selling yourself to these girls. meet as many new people as you can, even the guys( they can help you rush)my guy friends tell everyone about phi sigma and how great we are!! i hope this helps!
