I've had a problem like this happen to a friend of mine...she had unprotected sex and the guy came outside, but afterwards she went to get the Morning After pill.
Basically you have 72 hours to get the pill...the closer to the time of the incident the better. The pill should be taken according to directions! It will cost about $30.00 at planned parenthood...maybe more now.
Be advised that she'll still have to wait til her next period to know whether or not it worked (obviously)...but she should definately take better precautions in the future!
