The ribbon cutting for the building was done on Friday. There is still some work to come (such as installing an ADA-compliant restroom). It will be used for meetings and events by unhoused Greek orgs on campus, as well as alumni groups from chapters who are no longer on campus. I don't know what they'll be doing with the upper floors (where the bedrooms are).
