From August 3-6, the Second Vice Grand Basileus Retreat of the Fraternity was held in Houston, TX, at the Royal Sonesta Galleria Hotel. This meeting was primarily for the Undergraduate Council, consisting of the 2nd Vice Grand Basileus, the three (3) Undergraduate Representatives of the Supreme Council and the 2nd Vice District Representatives of the 12 Districts of the Fraternity.

(Constitutionally, the 2nd Vice Grand Basileus, who must be an Undergraduate at his election, is third in succession in leadership in the Fraternity. His duties are to supervise/monitor the undergraduate chapters and chair the Undergraduate Council. The Undergraduate Council consists of the 2nd Vice Grand Basileus, the 3 Undergraduate Representatives to the Supreme Council and the 2nd Vice District Representatives of the 12 Districts of the Fraternity.)
