Did your daughter contact the Panhellenic officer herself and ask to be included on the COB interest list? If not, she should do so, and if it doesn't work out for her this semester, then contact that office again in January. Rho Gammas, while I'm sure mean well, may not always understand the nuances of COB and may forget to pass on interested PNMs names to the office.
