It sounds like your daughter stuck it out and "trusted the process". My D is a sophomore on the other side, and she is at her house getting gussied up and pumped up to greet her new sisters and welcome them home. There are girls that will be greeting your girl with a lot of energy very soon too!
That IU FB page was getting very dramatic. Some mamas forgot their manners over there
We are all so sensitive about our kids and their feelings, and with that I think they let common decency get away from them a little bit. Kudos to those that tried to straighten them out.
My D gave me numbers for how many they took which should give an idea for most chapters as they are maxed out. I can share after the bids come out if anyone wants to know.
The event was pushed to 8 and I think they usually get their bids about an hour later. have to go through the rho gam reveals, etc
