San Diego State - Sigma Phi Epsilon and Alpha Phi suspended

Sigma Phi Epsilon and Alpha Phi at San Diego State University have been suspended for an "incident" which occurred at the Sig Ep house on Halloween. Alpha Phi was reportedly aware of the incident and did not report it. I have no idea what kind of incident this was.
