Phi Tau places 2nd at Nathan's National Hot Dog Eating Contest

Phi Tau Carmen Cincotti placed 2nd at the July 4th Nathan's National Hot Dog Eating Contest. Carmen at 62 weenies. Once again, Joey Chestnut won.
