Acceptence of those who already have a Bachelor's degree?

Given the other thread....

Does your GLO treat someone who has already gotten one Bachelor's degree and is going for a second as an undergraduate for the purposes of membership?

Note, I'm asking not only for joining your GLO but also someone who is a member who has gone back to school after a number of years to get a second degree.
