Junior rushing, is it possible to succeed?

Junior rushing, is it possible to succeed?

I will rush next year, as a junior. I am getting my finances and GPA under control, and am going to get involved in clubs and sports for the remainder year.

Is it possible to succeed at rushing as a junior? I go to a medium sized university in California where juniors occasionally get bids. Has anyone here ever got a bid as a junior?
