I have a question about your state and their vanity plates.

Since moving to NC I have noticed a new phenomenon. . . .these license plates have symbols and punctuation marks on them. I was

at them.

The ones I have seen so far are: ! ? - # $ & and I believe '.

Do any other states allow symbols or punctuations on the vanity plates?
