I found a great website last week and thought I'd share!

I know there's other that are similar, but this one seemed to be the best one that I could find. Anyways, you can create FREE surveys and then add them to your website (
www.geocities.com/agdbirmingham/juniorcircle) or have people go to the site and fill it out if you don't have a website. It keeps track of all the answers for you! I just added one to our Junior Circle website for our JC members to find out what types of events everyone is interested in, and so far it's been really helpful!
