My guess is that you won't need to mention it, those you know should say hello to you anyway, or at least will be able to put in a vote for you should they not get the chance to greet you. If you like, you can say something to the extent of "It sounds like you have a really great sisterhood here, all the people I've met from this house represent you very well."
