ha ha ha... Yeah... the little spell your name out necklaces haven't been popular since I was, like, 6, maybe? But what anchorjenni's explaining is right. Oh, and you mean Kate Spade's have been around longer than a year? Yeah, we're a little slow in the south. I did see someone come into the country club today with the Tiffany's bracelet/necklace on... and I plan to buy a knock-off tomorrow, on tax-free day... so maybe we're finally catching up. Y'all have to understand, too, that I'm only aware of one Tiffany's anywhere near here... in Charlotte... and it's closed every time I go there (not like I actually go there to GO there, but it's in the mall I love). We've finally got a Saks in the same place. But, other than that, we're pretty limited to Ann Taylor, Nine West, Limited, Gap, Banana Republic, Abercrombie, J. Crew, and Guess. And this is at the really ritzy mall. I wouldn't know where to get a pair of Manolo Blahnik's, and the only reason I even know they exist is from watching Sex and the City. So, yeah, we still wear sorority beads... 5 or so years late. But maybe the Tiffany's bracelets will catch on?
