I think you should go through both Rushes, and you just never know which house you might like. There are many advantages of being part of a NPC- the larger National network, opportunities to visit many different campuses and people. I meet Thetas everywhere I go, in places that I would never imagine.
Just keep your eyes and ears open and follow your heart.
