If Baylor ever expands, I bet we'd do well there.
So many of us want Gamma Phi back in Austin--I wonder if UT will ever decide to expand, and what it will take to bring any sorority back to what has become a very expensive place to maintain a house...

My wish list is University of Texas, Vanderbilt, Stephen F. Austin, Baylor, and Stanford.
As to UT - the biggest problem is real estate. No sorority could compete without a house, and there is simply no property to be had near campus. (There are other obstacles, but that's the biggest.) I know of another sorority which has an endowment specifically set aside for if they ever return to campus. They desperately need to have more chapters, but I don't see it happening in the immediate future.
