We have been the best of friends for a few years now and I cherish our friendship. Because I value our friendship so much, I never told him about the feelings I had for him. Sooo, as of now, he still does not know. But it is so funny because at dinner tonight, after he told me he was gay, he told me that I was the second person who he has told and that he trusts me and knows that we will be friends until we have "real jobs" and are grey. A lot of you pointed out that our friendship would be the best ever, and he, in a way, said the same thing. Although I am sad about there never being a future between us, I am happy at the same time because I know how special of a friend he is to me, as I am to him. Like he said, "we will be friends until we have 'real jobs' and are grey."
